Ruby Maine, a fabulous new store situated in Central NSW has achieved such far-reaching results since opening late 2009, has now taken her store online.

The classical French provincial design carries through the store theme from the Home page featuring a Flash File through to the catalogue with stunning backdrop of Parisienne Posters showcasing the products and services on offer by Ruby Maine.
One of the main features of this site is the VIP area which provides the customer with the opportunity to not only shop and create a Wishlist, which may be accessed by Ruby Maine staff when friends and loved ones are looking for that special gift.  This is all stored in a secure Member Area which allows information to be stored on previous purchases, allowing emails to be automatically generated, even providing loyalty discounts.  Gift Vouchers are also available, with any dollar value and may be redeemed to buy products online.

The catalogue sells an unlimited number of products, providing inventory control and limitless customisability.  Expiry dates may be set on any product providing Ruby Maine with the opportunity to provide special discounts.  Two default images are set for each product.  Sophisticated product search module allows the customer to search by keywords.  Products are imported including pricing, catalogues, grouping, inventory control and more in a single Excel File.  Sales and payments are tracked, along with abandon rates.  A report is emailed each week to the client detailing new & returning visitors along with their geo-location.

Ruby Maine uses Email Marketing to communicate with their customer base, sending regular emails to advise them when new stock has arrived or to provide special offers to their VIP Customers.  This achieved through slicing and dicing the database to target for better results.  The system also increases email deliverability and decrease spam.   Reports may be generated on open rates, along with links to the website, bounce backs and unsubscibes.
